My Journey
I began teaching yoga at 18, and it was the best decision of my life. When I took my first hot yoga class, I was confident that my athleticism would easily conquer it, but I was immediately humbled — and then hooked.
Growing up with ADHD, my mind and body were scattered in a million directions, so while I came originally for the physical benefits, I stayed for the calmness & healing it offered my mind.
By my first Namaste, I knew this was my path. The heat, breath, and movement created a tapestry of healing where I experienced true presence for the first time.
Yoga has taught me patience, confidence, vulnerability, introspection, and a community that has become my second family— it is the gift that keeps on giving. Through multiple graduations, moves, and career changes, yoga remained my anchor.
Today, I lead teacher trainings and host retreats on beautiful islands where we explore yogic practices and healing both on and off the mat. During COVID, I created a TikTok sharing healing poses, mantras, and EFT tapping that resonated with thousands worldwide.
I've manifested my dream life doing what I love, all thanks to yoga and the experiences it has blessed me with. Now it's time to give back.
My career outside of yoga is copywriting, so when I’m not teaching, I’m writing. I wanted to combine the two to give back to the community that has given so much to me, creating a space where people can take yoga off their mat, whether that’s through a weekly newsletter or a trip around the world. I want to help people find their journey, letting yoga be their guide.
